I'm very satisfied with the service. Two onenjus that I'd received from my Dad years ago had broken. The repairs brought them back to life, with new beads to replace those that were lost. Seeing Darcie at the NW Buddhist Convention brought to light that they could be repaired, so I'm very happy that she was there. I have also had a men's onenju from Hoseki Designs. It was designed with larger hands in mind and fits comfortably.

You can "feel" quality in the onenjus simply by weight. You can feel that they are substantial. The beads being of such quality, it is likely that they will maintain their luster and attractive appearance. And, being able to receive service from the factory is a big plus.

Having seen the reception by people in the Northwest District at their convention, it is apparent that the physical presence of Hoseki Designs adds to the event. I hope you continue to attend such events and that your presence increases.

Unbelievable! I knew the "wait" time was not long, and given fair warning for any delays. Workmanship is excellent and quality is excellent!

I can only comment that everyone who has one of the onenjus wears it every week to service. I think that speaks for itself! They also know if there is a question or if something happens to their product, it is not a hassle to ask for repairs, adjustments, or replacements. Trust in the product and trust in the company is key to your success!

People love the whole presentation. I love the boxes which makes it so fancy but bringing to the hospital does create storage (which there isn't any) problems but I tell the volunteers to keep the boxes in their car trunk. But don't change a thing! (Note: This comment is related to the o-nenju donation to the Stanford Hospital Spiritual Care Program)

Excellent, the custom ordered o-nenju turned out beautifully. The service was great as it only took 11 days to receive it. In addition, Darcie not only offered free shipping but she ended up hand delivering it to my home.

Outstanding!!! Darcie was very welcoming and attentive when I first approached her about some custom work. She was very professional, and extremely fast getting the work done and shipped back to me. For the number of o-nenju I was having made/repaired I would have been satisfied with waiting several weeks, but I received the finished work in less than a week! She quickly contacted me about specifics for the design of the various o-nenju, which although I wasn’t too particular about, I appreciated her thoughtfulness and thoroughness to contact me before proceeding further with any more work she had yet to finish. I would definitely have he create anything else I needed in the future, and I’ll be sure to also purchase more of her original designs.

I had Darcie create several o-nenju out of different semi-precious stones for me. I had bought beads at various times and different places, and always thought they would make really nice o-nenju. I also had a few o-nenju that were in need of repair. She did a fabulous job, and I love the little details she pays attention to – the color coordination of the elastic/string and the stones/beads, the length of the tassel, and the overall size and look. I have also bought a few of her original designs and the quality of the stones, along with the other materials she uses are top-rate. Darcie is my first choice for any new o-nenju as well as repair work for my old favorites.
